In 1999, I graduated and received my education from The Southeastern School of Massage & Neuromuscular Therapy in Charlotte, NC. The primary focus of this massage school was to give their graduates the skills and training to work with clients who suffer from chronic pain and injury, After receiving my license, I went into private practice, as well as, working along side chiropractors and other medical doctors. That experience and the knowledge I gained was priceless. I have worked as licensed massage therapist in several states. In 2014, I relocated to Lewisburg, TN in Marshall County.
When I am not working I enjoy working out, staying active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I love having quality time with my daughter and granddaughter. I have a huge passion for German Shepherds and own several.
My primary focus of my massage practice has been in chronic pain, injuries and stress relief. This has included anything from clients suffering from back or neck pain, sciatica, have had surgery, sports injuries, muscle pain, stiffness or tension, fusions, TMJ, fibromyalgia to clients who find themselves needing relief from chronic pain, stress or tension. Health and wellness are very important to me as a therapist. I have a passion for seeing people get better and improving the quality of their life.
My background and experience comes from a variety of places. This has given me the valuable hands-on experience of working with accident victims and people in chronic pain. From that experience, I have been able to tailor and customize my massages to meet my client's individual needs to maximize results. This has given me a very high success rate of helping people achieve their goals and recover faster. I have successfully accomplished this through a combination of different styles of massage techniques, client education and treatment plans. I offer Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Cupping, Swedish, Aromatherapy and Therapeutic massage.
