Each session begins with a conversation about what you’re experiencing, what may be affecting your movement or comfort, and what you hope to accomplish.
Your treatment is then customized to what I find and what your body needs that day.
Depending on your needs, your session may incorporate techniques such as neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, IASTM, cupping and other therapeutic techniques.

More Than the Time on the Massage Table
I believe education and what you do between appointments can be just as important as the massage itself.
When appropriate, I may discuss movement, stretching, self-care or other practical things you can do between sessions.
I also believe in a whole-body approach to wellness that includes movement, strength, balanced nutrition, recovery and appropriate therapeutic care.
My goal isn’t simply to get you from one massage appointment to the next. I want you to better understand your body and take an active role in feeling and functioning better.
Experience Matters
I graduated from the Southeastern School of Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy in Charlotte, North Carolina in 1999.
Over more than 25 years in practice, I’ve worked in private practice, alongside chiropractors and other healthcare professionals, with athletes and with clients experiencing a wide range of muscular and mobility concerns.
